WHAT WE DO

Our favorite recipe

The following recipe makes a pitcher of super human juice. If there is any in the pitcher at the end of day two pour it down the drain. Pure juice loses its enzyme content after two days and loses its super human powers.

You can change up your recipe but this is what is consumed at our house:

6-carrots
6-celery stalks
2-cucumbers
2-apples (seeds and core)
1-lemons
5 nickle size slices of fresh ginger
2-beets
One handful of Italian parsley
One handful of spinach

Juicing Tips:

Purchase a juicer!

I am personally not as concerned with the power of the juicer as I am with the opening where you stick the produce. Find one with a wide opening so you do not have to cut your fruits and veggies into little slices.

It is up to you if you want to purchase organic produce. If you do not, make sure you buy a rinse product to rid your produce of pesticides and chemicals.
