Day 62 - Ride Like A Thriver

Day 6 post accident and we are seeing astounding healing on Chuck's face!

He is still healing on his upper lip where he received 8 stitches and the inside of his mouth is still a bit raw and sensitive to foods and drinks.

Chuck spent the morning calling bike shops and learning more about what he needs for his bike

And every person he speaks with gets to hear the story.

A friend of a friend was visiting a family member at the hospital nearby and offered to drive us to the food store.

Amy ended up taking us out to lunch and driving us to Sprouts. We talked for hours and think that perhaps we had met 100 years ago when we (Hannah) were back in Connecticut!

The food was delicious
