Essential Oils
We use essential oils daily by applying it directly to our body and using them in a diffuser. Our favorites are Frankincense, Lavender, On Guard, and Peace. We love the Doterra brand because it is a clean and good quality oil.

Oregano
Known as a popular cooking spice, Oregano oil also acts as a powerful cleansing agent, and offers powerful antioxidants*—extending its uses far beyond the kitchen.
We use Oregano when we feel a cold coming on. We put a few drops on the soles of our feet at night before bed and rub the bottoms on the top of the opposite foot - the “respiratory” center. We like to put on a pair of socks - Pizza feet!
