What are the different types of breast reconstruction?

Let's talk breast reconstruction! There are several different types and options available to you. When I had my surgery, I literally had no idea about these other options, even being a nurse! It's my goal to provide at least basic information for anyone considering reconstructive breast surgery. This info is by no means exhaustive but I at least want to present a few options so you can do your own further research and ask your plastic surgeon for more information.
